Hong Kong Delivery

We currently deliver orders throughout Hong Kong.

Orders of HK$800 or above are eligible for free delivery to a designated self-pickup locker, unless otherwise stated.

For orders below HK$800, shipping charges will be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Certain products or promotional offers may include complimentary shipping regardless of the order value. Where applicable, this will be stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

International Shipping

We accept international orders and can arrange shipping to overseas destinations, subject to courier availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

All international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities are also the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into their destination country. AESTIC is not responsible for delays, additional charges, rejected shipments or other issues arising from customs procedures, local import regulations or restrictions.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Please ensure that all delivery information, including the recipient's name, contact number and delivery details, is accurate before placing your order. AESTIC is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or there is another issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos.
