Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting the correct product, shade, colour, size and quantity.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you:

  • change your mind after purchase;
  • order the wrong product, shade, colour or size;
  • find that the colour, shade, size or product does not meet your personal preference or expectations; or
  • no longer want or need the product.

This policy applies even if the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, shade, colour, size or quantity, please contact us at info@virtuebeautyhk.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can review your request.

Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Please do not return any products to us without contacting us and receiving confirmation first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, beauty and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, including unopened products, except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Sale Items

Sale, promotional and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
